Proposed 2009 Bylaws revisions

Dear IVAPM Members:

Creating and periodically revising bylaws is one of the necessary tasks facing every organization. This is particularly true of a fledgling organization like our IVAPM as we continue to sort out what is best positioned as a bylaw and what is better positioned in the policies & procedures (P&P) manual.

The currently proposed bylaw revisions represent an extensive effort by our BOD, and in particular Bernie Hansen. The intent of the proposed revisions is to reflect the changes in the organization as we expand our programs and refine our vision. I believe that the proposed revisions are not only helpful but very much needed.

Please take time to view the proposed bylaw revisions. You will have 30 days to do so before the official membership vote. If you have any comments or questions for the BOD please forward them on to our administrative HQ: wmay@xmi-amc.com.
